soups, dips and patties.  We’ll discuss how to make them easy to digestible.

Whole Grains—Their fiber and filling abilities win them a place on our list.
Red rice, millet, quinoa, teff and buckwheat will be prepared during the course.    Learn a simple and little-known technique for making gluten-free waffles, pancakes and muffins.

Desserts and Snacks—These foods count and they are an opportunity to maxi-mize good nutrition for adults and children. They need to be unprocessed and nutrient-dense with low/no refined sweeteners. Super foods will be included.

Recipes, sources and a complete meal are provided at each class.

$25 per class, 3 for $65, or all four classes for $80.  Register together
with spouse, family member or a friend for $150, for four classes.
